Return Policy Reminder:
Please do not return any items without first contacting us. You must obtain a return authorization email before returning any items to Remy Pure Hair.
Returns & Refunds:
No returns or refunds on customized products. Returns are only accepted for incorrect items and must be requested within 2 business days of receiving the order. The return shipping cost will be covered by Remy Pure Hair. All items must be in original, unopened packaging. No returns or refunds on items that have been tried on, worn, altered, or colored. Contact us at info@remypurehair.com to initiate a return.
Exchanges:
No exchanges on customized products. Exchanges may be offered if incorrect items are shipped, with return shipping costs covered by Remy Pure Hair. For some products (e.g., Remy Pure Natural Textures), exchanges may be offered on our discretion. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and any additional charges. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
How to Request an Exchange:
Email us within 2 business days of receiving your order at info@remypurehair.com with your reason for return. Late requests may not be accepted. If approved, return the items or bring them to our store. After we verify the issue, we'll send the exchange items. The exchange will be for a product of equal or greater value, and shipping will be handled by Remy Pure Hair. Allow up to 7 business days for processing. For urgent requests, please call us, and we’ll do our best to expedite the process.
