Returns & Refunds

Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns are only accepted for incorrect items shipped, and must be requested within 3 business days of receiving your order.

All returned items must be:

In original, unopened packaging

Unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and not tried on

If approved:

Return shipping cost will be covered by Remy Pure Hair

Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected
Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been worn, colored, altered, or shows signs of use

The return request is submitted after 3 business days
Exchanges:

No exchanges on customized products

Exchanges are offered only if:

An incorrect item was sent

The request is made within 3 business days of delivery

In some cases (e.g., Remy Pure Natural Textures), an exchange may be offered at our discretion.

How to Request an Exchange:

Once we verify the issue, we will process the exchange for a product of equal or greater value
