To put it in simple way, virgin hair can be called as Remy Pure Hair IF it is in natural unprocessed state with cuticles intact. 

• Still virgin (since it's uncolored)

• Cleaned, refined, and ready to use

• Once color is added, it's no longer virgin, but still Remy Pure if the cuticles remain intact

At this time, we do not offer in-store pickup for online orders.

However, we’re happy to assist you directly with purchase, pickup, and delivery options.

Processing Time

• Standard Orders: 1–2 business days

• Custom Wigs or Colored Units: 3–7 business days (depending on complexity)

• Orders placed after 11 AM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time (After Processing)

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (U.S. & domestic)

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

• International Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by location and customs)

Total Estimated Delivery Time

You’ll receive:

• An Order Confirmation Email after you place your order

• A Shipping Confirmation with Tracking Info once your order is dispatched

YES — if you're running or ordering from a professional hair extensions and wigs company, then it's standard practice to receive both of the following:

1. Order Confirmation Email

You will receive this immediately after placing your order. It includes:

2. Shipment/Dispatch Confirmation Email

Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a second email that includes:

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed

• Must be returned in the original packaging, including tags and packaging

• Return must be initiated within THREE days of delivery

• Applies only to regular-priced items (sale items are final unless defective)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and health standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Worn or opened wigs/extensions/Hair pieces

• Custom-made or colored units

• Clearance or final sale items

• Accessories (e.g., wig caps, adhesives)

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer one-time exchanges if:

• The hair is in original condition

• You need a different length, color, or texture

• The exchange is requested within the return window

Shipping for exchanges may be at the customer's expense unless due to company error.

Refunds

If your return meets the eligibility criteria, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item(s).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received something wrong or defective?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item

• A description of the issue

We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
