Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed

Must be returned in the original packaging, including tags and packaging

Return must be initiated within THREE days of delivery

Applies only to regular-priced items (sale items are final unless defective)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and health standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Worn or opened wigs/extensions/Hair pieces

Custom-made or colored units

Clearance or final sale items

Accessories (e.g., wig caps, adhesives)
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer one-time exchanges if:

The hair is in original condition

You need a different length, color, or texture

The exchange is requested within the return window
Shipping for exchanges may be at the customer's expense unless due to company error.
Refunds
If your return meets the eligibility criteria, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item(s).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received something wrong or defective?

We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.
